Michael S. Bloom

Michael S. Bloom practices in the areas of complex personal injury litigation (including medical negligence and defective products), banking defense litigation, creditors' rights, wills and estates and small business representation. He is a 1983 graduate of Temple University School of Law and has been a member of the Bar in Pennsylvania since 1983 and in New Jersey since 1984. He has represented clients from around the country, including Delaware, California, Texas and Louisiana, as well as Vancouver, B.C.

Michael is a member of the Chester County Bar Association. He has previously served on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (now Pennsylvania Association for Justice), where he was Chair of the Fund Development and Membership committees, and the Philadephia Trial Lawyers Association.

Since 2003, Michael has served as an instructor at the Widener University School of Law, annual Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.
