Howard C. Pressman Mr. Pressman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He graduated from Widener University with a B.A. (Magna Cum Laude 1981) and Temple University School of Law (J.D., 1984). A sole practitioner for over five years, Mr. Pressman merged his practice with Whelan & Doyle in 2005. Mr. Pressman is a long time member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has been an active participant in the Compulsory Arbitration Program in Philadelphia. He is also a member of the Lawyer Referral Service in Philadelphia and Camden Counties. Mr. Pressman has served as an Arbitrator in AAA Arbitration matters, uninsured/underinsured motorist arbitrations, and through A.D.R.
